Hannah is originally from North Devon in the South West of England. She studied at undergraduate and postgraduate level in Bristol, completing her undergraduate studies in Law in 2008, followed by a post graduate diploma in Law in 2009. She completed her professional qualifications and training contract in 2011, having spent the majority of her training contract at a family law firm in Devon and a secondment period at Dowse & Co to gain experience in other areas of Law between 2010/2011.

During her training contract Hannah specialised in Family, Housing, Employment and Personal Injury Law. Following her qualification in 2011 Hannah initially specialised in Children and Family law, to include public and private Children Act matters, Family Law Act matters and divorce and financial matters.

Since 2013 Hannah has specialised in Civil Litigation, Housing, Landlord and Tenant Law and cohabitee disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (1996). Within her specialised practice Hannah acts for both landlords and tenants in matters surrounding and including possession, succession, arrears, antisocial behaviour in the context of housing, harassment, leaseholder disputes, service charges, civil injunctions, rent review homelessness to include reviews, suitability, appeals, further appeals, judicial reviews, equality act claims in the context of housing and pursuing actions and claims for damages in the context of unlawful eviction, disrepair, environmental protection act prosecutions, tenancy deposit disputes, harassment, property damage claims.

Hannah also undertakes some Family Law work.
