I honestly cannot recommend John Nielson highly enough. I approached him during one of the most difficult, frightening and emotionally overwhelming periods of my life, relating to discharging a child care order.
I specifically wanted John to represent me because of his outstanding reputation and expertise. Unfortunately, because he was already carrying an extremely heavy workload, he was unable to take my case on personally. While I was understandably disappointed, what happened next showed me exactly what kind of solicitor — and what kind of person — he truly is.
Despite being incredibly busy and having no obligation to do so, he took the time to listen to me, understand what I was going through and personally guide me towards one of his partner law firms. He went far beyond what I could ever have expected. He didn’t simply tell me that he was unavailable and leave me to find someone else. He made sure I was directed towards people who could help and gave me reassurance at a time when I desperately needed it.
