Parveen Akhtar of Dowse & Co assisted and advised me in my defence against Section 21 proceedings. She was very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as considerate and very professional throughout the process.
Ms Akhtar's invaluable assistance with scripting my defence and witness statements was nothing if not inspired. Thus it was not surprising that the other side discontinued the proceedings. In a word, we achieved the desired outcome.
