We encourage mediation to help parents reach solutions between themselves and to reduce hostility but where necessary we provide reasoned and effective representation at court.

We have considerable expertise in helping parents and other concerned individuals involved in matters relating to child protection and where there is local authority involvement including in care / supervision proceedings. We can act for all parties in relation to adoption.

We also are able to act for the urgent protection of adults or children in cases where there is domestic violence, or where there is potential or actual child abduction.
