Paul joined Dowse & Co in February 2020 as an independent consultant solicitor having previously worked for 35 years at Hutchins & Co Solicitors in Hackney as a partner and subsequently as a senior consultant. He qualified in 1986.
Paul has extensive experience in drafting wills and acting in small and complex probate matters. He also acts for claimants in a wide variety of accident claims.
Specialisation:
Wills and Probate; Personal Injury Law; Housing Law for tenants and landlords including bringing possession claims and acting in disrepair actions; Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection; advising on settlement agreements.
Membership:
Paul is an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
